Balanced option for planned trips
Full refund if you cancel at least 5 days before check-in.
If you cancel less than 5 days before check-in, you'll likely be charged for some nights.

Full refund only if you cancel within 48 hours of booking AND at least 14 days before check-in.
If you cancel less than 14 days before check-in, you'll likely lose 50% or more of the booking cost.

Your agreement when using Lakbay Philippines
You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate information to create an account or book a stay.
Bookings are binding once payment is confirmed and are governed by the listing's chosen cancellation policy.
Guests must follow house rules set by the host and treat the property and neighbors with respect.
Subletting, unauthorized parties, and illegal activity are strictly prohibited and may result in cancellation without refund.
Lakbay Philippines acts as the booking platform; the host remains responsible for the accommodation provided.

We collect only the data needed to process bookings, verify identity, and improve the platform.
Payment details are handled by PCI-compliant providers and are never stored on our servers.
